With around eight years of consulting experience at an established firm, Meiying founded WStar Consulting to provide businesses with practical, hands-on grant advisory.
She helps clients assess grant suitability, develop clear project proposals and prepare supporting documentation. Her approach combines careful attention to detail with direct communication, helping businesses understand the requirements and move through the application process with confidence.

A few things to know before we start.
Can WStar guarantee grant approval?
No. The relevant agency or programme administrator decides eligibility, funding and approval. We help assess fit and prepare the application, but we cannot promise an outcome.
We have already hired someone. Is CCP still possible?
It depends on the specific CCP, the candidate, job scope and application window. Contact us as soon as possible so we can check the timing and requirements before a deadline is missed.
Is EDGE the same as EDG?
EDGE is Enterprise Singapore’s current grant route for new business grant applications from 30 September 2026. Earlier EDG, MRA and PSG submissions or projects continue to be processed under their existing arrangements.
What should we send for an initial review?
A brief description of your company, the hire or project, its expected start date and the support you are exploring. We will advise on the next documents after the first review. Please avoid sending NRIC copies through an initial enquiry.
